| Fill in the Number Portability Form and fax it to 911 198 177. In a few days you will receive your YouMobile SIM card by post with a gift of 10 € free credit. |

| You will receive your SIM card by post. The number portability process will be completed within five working days once your current mobile operator has authorized the change. |

| Once the number portability process is completed, just insert your YouMobile SIM card into your mobile phone and switch it on. You are ready to make your first call. If you need to purchase call credit, you can top up at our authorized stores. |
